Ever since I heard that Fonte went to Heaven he has been very present in my soul. Now after hearing Emmaus speak of our love for Jesus Forsaken that brings Paradise here on earth, I understand why he is so present.
Fonte has always been a big brother to me spiritually but also as if he were my own brother. His simplicity and joy, the kindness in his gaze as he listened to me,
We were at the Mariapolis and when it was finished, I was going to Loppiano. I was so scared, I kept asking myself if "Georgia, what are you doing! You must be crazy to think that you have this vocation!"
I was walking down the street and Fonte was coming from the other direction. When we got close he stopped, took my hand and said: "Youll make it." and then he went on.
I was stunned. I hadnt told anyone. It was like hearing those words from Jesus and I never doubted my vocation again.
Now whenever I think of Fonte I have joy in my heart.
