Im shocked and saddened by this news. My heart goes out to his family and friends. I pray for grace and strength during this time.
Klaus was a friend. I met him at his Studio in Berlin. He was warm, gracious and straight forward. He saw things in me that I hadnt seen myself. We talked about life and film. It was great learning from his deep wells of valuable experience and knowledge, delivered with a dash of humor.
These are memories that Ill keep and always treasure. Go well, Klaus.
